Firstly, for the technical requirements of sand (core):

1. Strength: External forces are not easy to damage performance, but insufficient strength can lead to collapse boxes and trachoma;

2. Breathability: In the gaps between the sand itself, there is breathability, and if the breathability is not good, it is easy to produce pores;

3. Fire resistance: The hot liquid metal will not soften insufficiently. If it is fire-resistant, the molding sand will adhere to the surface layer of the shell, causing difficulties in cutting, severe sand adhesion, and casting waste;

Secondly, the technical requirements for clay:

1. The impact of casting size, weight, size, and volume;

2. Cast iron, steel, copper, and cast aluminum are sufficient;

3. Handmade and machine formed;

4. Widely sourced, inexpensive, and recyclable clay

The manufacturer requires a low series of fully automatic horizontal molding machines for sand, dry sand, and wet sand, with good initial viscosity and average viscosity. Red sand, black sand, and sand coal can be used.

Copper and aluminum are commonly used in red sand casting, while cast iron and cast steel are usually cast with black sand.
