1、 Air cooler temperature control

The resin sand production line introduced by the company adopts this hydraulic oil cooling method for 9 hydraulic units, which can be divided into two cooling methods. One is connected in series to the hydraulic system of the molding machine host, which is basically installed on the return oil pipeline to cool the hydraulic oil with higher temperature after circulation in the system. The cooler outlet is connected to the oil tank; The first type is independent of the hydraulic system of the molding machine host, with a separate set of cooling circulation pipelines installed next to the host hydraulic station. A gear pump is often used as the circulation pump, and the surrounding air flows through the air cooler fan, taking away the heat of the oil in the cooling fins of the cooler, achieving the purpose of cooling the oil. This oil cooling method has its own advantages and disadvantages. The advantages are simple structure, small space occupation, convenient maintenance, and low cost. Therefore, 80% of hydraulic systems now use this cooling method. The disadvantage is that it is severely affected by the on-site operating environment and indoor temperature, and the cooling effect is not good. Especially in summer, the on-site environmental temperature is high, and the temperature difference between the oil in the cooler pipeline and the surrounding air is small, resulting in poor heat exchange effect, The cooling efficiency is greatly reduced, and it is also affected by the working environment. The large amount of dust on site can cause a layer of dust to hang on the cooling fins of the cooler, hindering the heat exchange between the oil and the environment, thus significantly reducing the cooling effect.

2、 Water cooler temperature control

The water cooler cools the hydraulic system, which is currently being used by some domestic enterprises. It requires the installation of a water cooling circulation system, equipped with a water cooler (oil water heat exchange device), pipeline pump, a large water tank, and corresponding connecting pipelines. Under normal working conditions, the effect of the water cooler is relatively good, but it has many drawbacks, such as high one-time investment costs, and annual maintenance work such as scaling removal, winter water drainage, and pipeline rust prevention, which invisibly increases the workload of maintenance. At the same time, in order to save water, cooling water can only be circulated and dissipated through the water tank in order to achieve the cooling effect. When the room temperature is high in summer and the water in the water tank is similar to the ambient temperature of the air, the high water temperature will greatly weaken the effectiveness of the water cooler, and changing water will cause waste of water resources, which is very uneconomical. Currently, this cooling method is rarely used in China, and many enterprises respond to the call to save water and reduce water waste, And it has been explicitly prohibited to use this cooling method.
