The green automatic sand molding machine has become very popular in today's society. The automatic sand molding machine adopts a horizontal parting and boxless molding production method. The working principle is to use high-pressure airflow to send the molding sand into the sand box, and then use hydraulic pressure to apply pressure force to the molding sand in the sand box through a pressure plate to compact the molding sand. The compaction pressure can reach 10-20 megapascals. During compaction, pressure is applied to the sand inside the sand box to achieve high and uniform sand mold.
During the use of the green automatic sand molding machine, it is necessary to pay attention to its maintenance. Therefore, if you do not know how to maintain your sand molding machine, please carefully consider the following points:
1. Check the handover records between employees before work.
2. Check if any foreign objects have fallen into the machine and promptly clean up the remaining sand inside to prevent blockage of various conveying links and equipment failure.
3. The operator should check the cleaning effect at any time, and if there are any abnormalities, stop the machine immediately and conduct an overall inspection of the equipment.
4. Seals must be inspected daily and replaced immediately if damaged.
5. Before starting up, it is necessary to check whether all types of switches in the control cabinet (panel) are in the required set positions (including all power switches) before starting up, in order to avoid misoperation, damage to electrical and mechanical equipment, and equipment damage.
6. Open the manual program and use an air gun to clean the remaining sand and dust from the sand gate.
7. Before leaving work, reset the machine to its original position and clean the remaining sand inside the machine to ensure normal operation for the next shift.
8. Before leaving work, check all electrical moving parts for looseness and tighten them in a timely manner.
9. Regularly inspect the oil injection points to ensure that all parts are filled with oil in accordance with regulations.
10. Timely supplement release agent.
