Daily maintenance work of fully automatic casting and molding machine:

1. Check the handover records between employees before working on the casting automatic molding machine.

2. Check if any foreign objects have fallen into the automatic molding machine, and promptly clean the remaining sand inside the machine to prevent blocking various conveying links and causing equipment failures.

3. The operator should check the cleaning effect at any time, stop the machine immediately if there are any abnormalities, and conduct an overall inspection of the equipment.

4. Seals must be inspected daily and replaced immediately if damaged.

5. Before starting the automatic casting molding machine, it is necessary to check whether the various switches in the control cabinet (panel) are in the required setting positions (including each power switch) before starting, in order to avoid misoperation, damage to electrical and mechanical equipment, and equipment damage.

6. Start the manual program and use an air gun to clean the remaining sand and dust from the sand gate.

7. Before leaving work, reset the casting molding machine to its original position and clean the remaining sand inside the machine to ensure normal operation for the next shift.

8. Before leaving work, inspect all electrical moving parts to see if they are loose and tighten them in a timely manner.

9. Regularly check whether each part of the oil injection point is filled with oil according to regulations.

10. Timely supplement the release agent.
