Precautions during the use of fully automatic casting molding machines:

1. Check the cooling water system during the molding process of the fully automatic casting molding machine.

2. Check whether the water pipes, air pipes, oil pipes, and circuit connectors are loose once a week.

3. Check the foundation bolts and transmission fasteners once a week.

4. Assist electricians in gently blowing dust from the electrical cabinet in January.

5. Cooperate closely with the pouring process, and promptly notify the mixing sand when there is no need for molding to prevent the molding sand in the bucket from drying out after prolonged use.

6. When endangering personal safety or equipment damage occurs, press the red emergency stop button.

7. When there is an abnormal stop in the operation of the fully automatic horizontal molding machine equipment for casting, press the middle stop button and refer to the fault query.

8. If there is a malfunction in the fully automatic horizontal molding machine for casting, the electric furnace and sand mixing must be notified.

9. Before leaving work, the poured mold box must be pushed out of the pouring area to prevent the sand mold from falling off during the next molding shift. Clean the molding area and prepare sufficient sand cores, release agents (kerosene), and other auxiliary materials for the next shift. Fill in the handover record and explain clearly before leaving work.
