Fault detection method for fully automatic horizontal box less molding machine

After using the fully automatic horizontal box less molding machine for casting for a period of time, the pressure head may experience sluggish or slow swing motion. The following methods should be followed for maintenance of the casting molding machine.

1. When detecting faults in the fully automatic casting molding machine, check the gap between the front and rear plates of the molding machine's pressure head to see if there are any foreign objects such as iron slag obstructing it. It can be cleared and then tested.

2. Open the two intake pipes on the back of the pressure head, pull the control valves in place and swing them in respectively, to see if the intake at the pipe mouth is large enough. If the intake amount is small, it can also cause the pressure head to swing slowly. When detecting the malfunction of the molding machine, if this is the reason, it can be checked until the control valve is opened, until the air filter is cleared and whether it is blocked.

3. There is a cover plate on the pressure head of the automatic molding machine. Open it to observe if the rack is severely rusted. If this molding machine malfunctions, it can also cause the pressure head to move slowly. It can be cleaned with kerosene or gasoline.

4. When detecting faults in the automatic molding machine, if none of the above situations occur, the flange plates on both sides of the pressure head should be opened to check whether the Y-shaped sealing rings on both sides of the rack are aging or deformed. If so, it can also cause slow pressure head.

5. As a final move, open the flange plate located at the upper end behind the pressure head of the automatic molding machine and check if the grease on the gear bearing has deteriorated. If so, rinse it with kerosene or gasoline, and move the pressure head at the same time to feel more and more loose.
