Some issues with the use of various driving modes of the fully automatic casting molding machine:
1. Pneumatic drive
The mechanized molding line is mainly driven by pneumatic pneumatic pseudo master. In mechanisms with high force requirements, the cylinder volume used is particularly large, which not only makes the mechanism huge, but also inconvenient for maintenance; In some large stroke mechanisms, due to poor control of cylinder buffering, the machine impacts too much when the speed of the motion mechanism is adjusted too fast; When the speed is slow, adjust the speed of its motion mechanism to slow down; When the machine has no impact, but the mechanism runs too slowly, the productivity of the molding line cannot be improved. For the southern region of China, due to high air humidity, the inappropriate selection of air water filters in the gas path results in a high water content in the gas medium, which leads to severe corrosion of its components and pipelines over time or during holidays, affecting the reliability and service life of the equipment.
2. Hydraulic drive
Most of the drives on the air impact, high-pressure, and static pressure molding lines are mainly driven by hydraulic pressure. Due to the unstable quality of domestic hydraulic components, there is a serious oil leakage problem, which not only causes direct economic losses but also pollutes the environment; Some factories, due to poor management and low quality of installation company personnel during installation, coupled with the lack of attention to bringing pollutants into the oil during maintenance, result in frequent failures of the molding line and low operating rate of the molding line. Although the quality of domestic hydraulic components has greatly improved since the 1990s, especially in the 21st century, and a large number of foreign famous hydraulic components are used on high-end molding lines, although there are fewer oil leakage problems on the molding line, some factories' molding lines are in many aspects such as manufacturing, installation, factory trial operation, on-site installation, debugging, maintenance, and so on, We generally follow the international standard ISO4406 for cleanliness level 16/13 of tree liquid pressure oil media, with a filtration accuracy requirement of less than 5, for media cleanliness level 7 (used in proportional control hydraulic systems) and above (used in ordinary hydraulic systems) μ M (for proportional control hydraulic systems) and international standard ISO4406 cleanliness level 18/15, with a filtration accuracy requirement of less than 10 μ The requirement of m (for ordinary hydraulic systems) has not been paid attention to, causing medium pollution and frequent hydraulic system failures on the molding line, affecting the operating rate of the molding line.
